INGREDIENTS :Paneer - 200 gms cut into medium pieces, ginger, garlic paste - 2 tsps, curds -¼ cup, green chillies - 4, onions - 2 chopped, tomato chopped -2, chilli powde r -1 or 2 tsps, dhania powder - 1 or 2 tsps, turmeric powder -½ tsps, garam masala powder -½ tsps, kitchen king masala powder -½ tsps, Sugar --½ tsp, jeera seed-1 tsp, curry leaves, fresh coriander leaves, coconut milk -½ cup, oil 2 tbsps, salt.

METHOD: Heat oil add jeera seeds, onions, curry leaves, ginger, garlic paste, green chilies fry, add tomatoes, dry powders, fried paneer(soaked in curds), ½ cup water, salt and cook well, lastly add coconut milk, cook for 2 or 3 minutes, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
